Like many students in the Indian education system, Samad grew up inside a structure built almost entirely around marks, ranks, and rote memorization & a weak financial situation like thousands of silent lower middle class families in India. Like most Indian parents, his father invested in his premium education even during the financial crisis. That struggle & hardwork Samad saw in his childhood were the backbone of Oratrics & social change in the form of uplifting students from the dark.<\/span><\/p>

What he noticed early long before he had the language to describe, it was a gap. Students could solve equations but couldn’t hold a conversation with confidence. They could recite answers but couldn’t ask questions in a room full of strangers. Marks were rising. Self-belief wasn’t.<\/span><\/p>
